An uncomplicated wine but great easy drinking. 100% Chardonnay the wine has a persistent bead, with stone fruits and brioche on the bouquet. The palate is long, clean and refreshing with stone and citrus fruits, certainly has some zest with hints of gingery spice. This dry wine finishes with driving granitic mineral characters. So easy to drink and such delicious drinking. It’s certainly not Veuve but get into this one you won’t be disappointed.
Tasted: Saturday 10th May, 2020 without food and then with over approximately one hour.
